Colin has twenty five years experience working within the financial services industry, with the last twenty years in Human Resources specific roles. Colin joined Equiom in 2002 and has had overall responsibility for its HR function since then.

Colin specialises in the implementation and development of HR strategies, and has substantial employee relations experience.  Having worked for various blue-chip organisations, Colin brings a breadth of knowledge to ensure Equiom follows best practice policies and is highly supportive of all staff’s professional development.

Career highlights:

• Highly involved with the successful acquisition in January 2011 of the Intertrust Isle of Man Yachting and Aviation business
• A member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland
• Implemented HR strategy and infrastructure for various financial services organisations
