Equiom's ePlan retirement solution offers multinational employers the opportunity to provide retirement benefits to their internationally mobile employees (IME’s).
ePlan is designed specifically for employers wanting to provide a retirement savings plan to IME’s in a safe and secure environment.
Equiom acts as a joint trustee together with Moore Stephens Isle of Man whilst the plan administration will be undertaken by Moore Stephens Retirement Solutions Ltd (MSRS). ePlan can be established in EUR, GBP or USD with access to a range of offshore investment funds enabling members to make contributions in addition to employer contributions. Member entitlement is available as a 100% lump sum which is not subject to tax in the Isle of Man and is available at retirement or upon leaving the plan sponsor.
Additional benefits to the employee include receiving a benefit due to early retirement, for example due to ill health, and importantly, security and peace of mind is provided as MSRS is registered by the Isle of Man Insurance & Pensions Authority as a professional retirement scheme administrator.
