Equiom latest acquisition news

The Equiom Group is delighted to announce that it has successfully completed the acquisition of the business of City Trust an Isle of Man based independent corporate and trust service provider.

City Trust is a well established fiduciary services provider managed by a strong team all of whom will be joining Equiom. City Trust’s Chairman, Rodney Margot, will join Equiom’s Senior Management Team.

Equiom’s Managing Director Sheila Dean commented: “City Trust has developed long-term relationships with their clients and professional advisers and Rodney and his dedicated team bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experience in a variety of jurisdictions which will be a valuable addition to our existing team.
